ENTERPRISE carries out the language interviews in personnel selection processes for several Spanish companies to further assess the level of English (or other target languages) of the short-listed candidates.
We adapt the tests to the clients’ needs offering a dual modality: face to face or telephone interviews at very competitive rates and with tailor-made contents focusing on the target professional area of the vacancy.
The interviews are followed up by a detailed report stating the candidates’ level, their performance description by linguistic area and a global percentage of their working knowledge of the foreign language so as to inform the recruiter company about the degree of mastery and command (or lack of it) their prospective personnel really have.
